General Info


This is a BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) event meaning that you are responsible for providing your own gear unless you specifically pre-book a hired monitor from us. Otherwise we provide you with one power socket and a network cable plug in. Everything else is down to you!

For all seats you are allowed to bring 1 computer

If cancelling your paid ticket, the following applies
Before March 15th, all cancellations of paid tickets, will be subject to a DKKR 50,- / Euro 8,- administration fee.
After March 15th, your paid ticket will not be refunded.
You are not allowed to resell your ticket to a third party.

Guests
One day ticket: DKKR. 50,- / EURO 8,-
Event ticket (all days): DKKR. 150,- / EURO 24,-
Guest tickets can be bought at the entrance. Guests are not allowed to bring computers.
Guests are allowed to participate in activities and competitions other than the main tournaments.
Activities and competitions allowed only for people with a event seat can occur.
 

MISCELLANEOUS

Food & drinks
We will serve food and beverages at reasonable prices
You are not allowed to bring your own food/beverages!
All food and beverage found inside the venue will be confiscated.

Alcohol
It's allowed to drink beer provided by the catering firm, age 18 or above only.
Hard Liquor is strictly forbidden.

Parking
We have a ample parking facilities in connection with the venue.
Minor parking fee might apply.

Facilities
Bathrooms are inside the venue.
Bath is 5 minutes away from the venue - in "DGI byen".
If you are interested, there is a swimming pool inside "DGI byen" Tickets are DKKR 25,-/ Euro 3-4,-

Sleeping accommodation
We will sleep at the venue, and information about this will be given at the event.

We reserve the right to make changes to both games and prizes.
We reserve the right to alter the distribution of cash prices and we cannot be held liable for any typing or printing errors.
