Behaviour
We are running a zero tolerance policy, which means:
- Verbally abusive attendees will be punished severely, so do use your empathy and logic thought prior to verbally attacking other participants
- Any threatening, provocative and/or abuse behavior will result in an immidiate dismissal. In serious cases police will be contacted if deemed necessary.
- Clearly intoxicated people acting recklessly will be turned out from the LAN if deemed necessary or simply put to bed early in mild cases.
- At all times all instructions from the admins and crew must be followed
- At all times we comply with Danish law.
Companies and organisations who have rented booth and exhibition area are themselves 100% responsible for their content or activities.
Copenhagen Games can not in any way be held responsoible for any kind of content or activities from partners, sponsors, media and any other organisation.
Sales of liquor and tobacco:
In connection with the cafeteria at the venue we are subjects to their rules on this area:

- Tobacco may not be sold to people under the age of 18.
- Alcohol is not for sale for people under the age of 18.
- It is not allowed to consume any sort of liquor.
- You are not allowed to bring your own food and beverages.
Network and illegal software:
You are not allowed to use illegal software. Should the administrators discover the use of this or find any other copyright infringemen, the person will be turned away without any compensation or refund.
It is not allowed to use the network for the sharing of illegal files of any kind – LAN or WAN.
It is allowed to use the services set forth by the arrangers of the event (physical and network services alike)
Any attempt of takeover or sabotage of games will cause an immediate dismissal of the ”infringer”.
